While bonded solid film lubricants are generally intended for OEM applications, the same technology can be used in MRO/Point-Of-Use applications when incorporated into air drying or low energy curing binder systems. These types of coatings are generally suitable for field applications and common applications might include: assembly lubes, break-in lubricants, mold release, machinery lubrication, and forming and forging lubrication.
