Everlube® Products Announces Distribution Agreement with Rupi Enterprises.

Atlanta, GA – July 14, 2008 – Everlube® Products, a leader in supplying solid film lubricant technology to the aerospace industry, and Rupi Enterprises, a leading supplier of industrial lubricants and services to Eastern Asian markets, have established a global distribution agreement. The agreement allows Rupi Enterprises to become a stocking distributor of Everlube’s solid film lubricants, air dry and engineered coating products. The two companies will leverage their leadership positions and provide added value to customers by offering the highest quality service and technical support.  Rupi Enterprises will provide distribution sales and services in India.
