Everlube Products' solid film lubricants enhance the performance of virtually all fasteners. Applying a solid film lubricant to a fastener helps reduce torque/tension variability for more consistent clamp loads. Our solid film lubricants also prevent galling and make fasteners easier to remove and replace. Everlube Products has additional forming lubricants, which can help make more perfectly formed bolts from coated blanks. Our coatings are used on a variety of fastener applications such as socket head cap screws, locknuts, interference fit fasteners, threaded inserts, thread forming fasteners and flange screws.
